Steps to reproduce:
- I go on Spotify
- I allow the installation of DRM
- I go to a random other site....
Actual results:
...and it also uses DRM, and automatically turns it on! Against my will!
Expected results:
Even though DRM is installed, you should be asked for permission to use DRM, for a SPECIFIC site.
I see no reason to allow DRM for all sites at once.
This should be an individual setting, just as it is with Permissions.
There should be an Allow list of sites that have permission to use DRM.
This will increase security.
The other site I went to should not use DRM, I don't know what it was using DRM for. I was surprised that this site was using DRM. Normally I would never allow it to use DRM.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Core::DOM: Security' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.
