It would be nice to have a preference that automatically adds a CC to whom
you're replying to when you followup to a newsgroup. I currently do this
manually.

The other option is to make this an action, I think a pref is better.

Oooh, I *hate* it when people do that. It's such a time-waster to read the same
message in two places.

Seems like followup-to: poster should do this when the author wants it, and
otherwise, the non-default option in the Reply All buttonmenu can do it.

Between the fact that I think this is a bad idea, and there's already a slightly
cumbersome way to do this, I think I'm going to resolve the bug. If you feel
really strongly that it should be open on the help wanted list, that's ok with
me.

I very much appreciate it when people do this, and consider it impolite not to.
It is very easy to lose a reply in a newsgroup.

Perhaps a good implementation of watch thread would help appease me, but there
is other mail software out there. I consider the price of 1 second to delete a
message much better than the price of missing a message.

Ok, but even if you think cc'ing the author on a followup is a good idea,
there's already a way to do that: use the Reply All buttonmenu in the toolbar to
"Reply to Sender and Newsgroup"
