1775264 - Browser window preview is not rendered during tab D&D

When doing D&D of browser tabs, browser window content is not displayed. Only empty page is shown.

Steps:

1. open 3 tabs
2. drag one tab, swipe away and open a new FF window
3. close that window
4. do another D&D on the tab strip. Dragged window is empty now.

Set gfx.canvas.accelerated to false fixes it. Affects both X11 and Wayland.

I still see that with latest nightly. Looks like a race condition as it's not 100% reproducible.
