1775505 - run remaining tp6m tests on A51

this bug will be to turn off the first half of the tp6m tests on the g5 which have been running in parallel for 1.5+ weeks with A51/G5 phones. After turning that off, we will run the second half of the tp6m tests in parallel on A51/G5 for 1.5-2 weeks more, then we can turn off tp6m on G5.
