condprof docs need moving to or linking from firefox-source-docs

Currently if I search on Firefox Source docs, the only reference for condprof I can find is:

https://firefox-source-docs.mozilla.org/taskcluster/kinds.html#condprof

which reads: condprof creates and updates realistic profiles..

condprof should either move its README documentation across to source docs or, at a minimum, there should be a link to the README.
