Steps to reproduce:

The current configuration at https://autoconfig.thunderbird.net/v1.1/umich.edu is invalid. We request that this config file be removed from the server.

Actual results:

umich.edu users try to autoconfig and it fails because the settings are out of date.

Expected results:

We would like autoconfig to return an error and not configure anything. Ideally, we would like our config file, umich.edu, removed from the ISPCD database. We do not wish to replace it. We would appreciate a response to cohenj@umich.edu.

Resolving as we found a workaround.
