Scope of this bug is to set prefs via special message action API that can be used in experiment configs.

If setting any pref via experiments is not desired, we should restrict it to list of prefs needed for MR Onboarding screens and can be extended to add other prefs as needed

  1. Privacy Segmentation
  2. Set Firefox Home Page ( Switch shown on Colorway screen)
