Investigate if we could get rid of text/unicode, but use `text/plain` directly for plain text for Clipboard and DnD

It is really annoyed that we use text/plain
externally (in DataTransfer and Clipboard API to expose the plain text type to the web) and text/unicode
internally (nsITransferable and widget code).
This bug is filed to investigate how each platform handle the plain text in Clipboard/DnD, if they actually only handle text/unicode
for plain text, then we probably could make them use text/plain
instead. And get rid of text/unicode
.

Most usage is a straight replacement but gtk needs extra changes as it transfers plain text in UTF8 natively and needs to be converted into UTF16, and Windows uses single-byte characters for RTF and CF_HTML formats so we preserve this.
