Hi Masayuki, this test seems to have some low-grade flakiness on Linux. Any ideas for how we might make it more reliable?

Flags: needinfo?(masayuki)

The intermittent failures started from January 2020, but the test was created in 2012.

According to the commit log of the test, nothing is changed in the test. I'm checking the bug list whose bugs are changed to "FIXED" around the last week of January 2020, but I don't find the changes around timings of wheel event synthesizing.

I'm still not sure why it's intermittently fails. However, it's not important
sometimes fails to handle zooming with mouse wheel since wheel events are
dispatched a lot with one operation. Therefore, this patch makes the test
retry a couple of times if it fails.
