Steps to reproduce:

In Release 91 and earlier, it was possible to have contacts without First, Last name when it represented an organization. Display name was filled with Organization name. Automatic migration to Release 102, resulted in several contact items appearing as blank in the Contact List (2nd column). Details showed me what had happened because I could see Organization field filled.

Actual results:

The address book looked empty of entries until scrolling past the blank entries (no First/Last name).

Expected results:

Display Name should have been filled when migrating.

Hi Mike, thanks for reporting this. Since the behaviour regressed, let's mark it as defect.
I agree that this should be looked into. We have similar problem when filling only organization field for a new contact. I suspect how people used this might not yet be fully understood by the design team.
