When rendering the new about:welcome "split" position template in the multistage Spotlight context, ensure the full modal is visible. Confirm this works with responsive styling at screen sizes above and below 800px. This supports the use of the new MR template for existing user upgrade flow.

I‘ve verified this enhancement using the latest Firefox Nightly 104.0a1 (Build ID: 20220719093424) on Windows 10 x64, macOS 12.3.1, and Linux Mint 20.2 x64.
- MR existing users onboarding has a 50-50 split template after adding the "position": "split" to the screen content of MULTISTAGE_SPOTLIGHT_MESSAGE in about:newtab#asrouter.
- Also, all elements from the new template are correctly rendered at the browser resize.
