Steps to reproduce:

Click on hyperlink in TB 103 b1 and have it open in Firefox

Actual results:

Clicked on hyperlink in TB 103 b1 and nothing happened

Expected results:

Click on hyperlink in TB 103 b1 and have it open in Firefox

WFM.

Wfm on 108.0b1 (64-bit), Win10.
