Attachment: testcase for SVG-text getRotationOfChar

Here's an example file that should exercise this a bit more, and expose potential mis-mapping issues.

(It'd be good if you can extend the WPT testcases, or add new ones, to provide more complete coverage as what's currently there is pretty minimal.)
