Dec3a build, NT4.0/SP3 1. Go to: http://www.microsoft.com/sitebuilder/magazine/ie5new.asp After page lays out look at text size on various parts of the page. • Text appears as microscopic in size on major portions of the page. Comm 4.5 lays it out properly.
most likely it's a compatability bug with some broken css that microsoft is using.

I think it has something to do with the ASP browser-sniffing. If I load the page using IE, save it to disk, put in a base href, and load it in NGLayout, it looks fine (except for bug 2771, etc.). It probably has its effects through the scripting.
Setting all current Open/Normal to M4.

This is much improved and is about as fixed as it's going to get. This site uses CSS that is specifically geared to drive the buggy CSS behavior in Nav 4.x. When viewed in Gecko it does what CSS is supposed to do which isn't how Nav took it.
Fixed in the Aug 6th build of Apprunner.
