"Use Firefox Home for colorful new tabs" is misleading, as we're not resetting the new tab page, but rather the home page. Those are separate prefs and one doesn't affect the other. The success message correctly refers to the home page having been reset.
We'll change the message to "Make Firefox Home your colorful homepage".
I'll use this opportunity to update how we refer to this feature internally, from "use-fx-home" to "homepage-reset".
