In the Address Book we had to reuse existing strings because of the string freeze. This bug is about replacing them with fresh new strings. 🥲

I haven't yet looked at how we handle an empty form. We need to figure out what we want there first.

Is this regarding this comment https://searchfox.org/comm-central/rev/70d96564913458764c98e9ce65cb8b8928e8b461/mail/components/addrbook/content/aboutAddressBook.xhtml#232-234 ? Just "New Contact" as the initial title makes sense to me, and then replace it when we have a non-empty generated name.
