As ceskatelevize override doesn't seem to be working anymore, let's revisit it.

The video loads if I set Chrome mobile UA with a newer version in general.useragent.override and disable the intervention (with a vpn to Czech Republic).

So might be the Chrome version we’re using in the intervention is no longer supported by them, and we could just bump it, but it requires some testing.

This was fixed in the Firefox 104 webcompat update in bug 1776673.
