In a dark theme, the text and background colors we use in the "no items" states on Firefox View have a low contrast ratio. I'm seeing

  • background: #717076
  • color: #BFBFC9

...Which produces a ratio of 2.68:1 which fails a11y contrast requirements checks

Screenshot of the recently closed tabs empty state, showing grey text on a probably-not-dark-enough background.
