1778613 - message has huge white space when viewed as original html

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/103.0.0.0 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce:

Two different reply messages from ([e-mail]) ...

• display with huge white-spaces in Tbird, but
• display normally in Gmail web interface.

I have attached 3 files for each of these 2 messages:

• ---.eml (message)
• ---[TBIRD].pdf (how it looks in Tbird)
• ---[GMAIL].pdf (how it looks in Gmail)

eml file displays correctly when using View > message body as > simple html

It's just bad css from the sender. We're displaying it as we're instructed.
