User Story
As a product manager, I want to give existing Windows users an option to pin a private Firefox window, so they can have access to fully private browsing right at their fingertips.

Acceptance Criteria

1. An option (e.g., a checkbox) to pin a private Firefox window to the taskbar is presented alongside the Pin to Taskbar CTA to users running Windows 7 or higher.
2. If a Windows user has already pinned Firefox to Taskbar, Pin Private Window CTA is displayed on a standalone screen. The standalone screen is presented after the Mobile Cross-promo screen and before the Privacy segmentation screen.
3. The checkbox is checked by default.

Approach here could be similar to bug 1781361 comment 1 where we use MULTI_ACTION to use privatePin from bug 1754314 and conditionally show the checkbox if needPrivatePin from bug 1782130.

I have verified this task and I can confirm the following:

• The "Also pin Firefox private browsing" option is successfully displayed on the "Pin to taskbar" modal if the "Firefox Private Browsing" shortcut is not pinned to the taskbar.
• The "Also pin Firefox private browsing" option is NOT displayed on the "Pin to taskbar" modal if the "Firefox Private Browsing" shortcut IS pinned to the taskbar.
• The checkbox from the "Also pin Firefox private browsing" option is checked by default.
• The checkbox from the "Also pin Firefox private browsing" option can be successfully checked/unchecked.
• The "Firefox Private Browsing" shortcut is pinned to the taskbar if the "Pin Firefox to taskbar" button is clicked while the checkbox is checked.
• The "Firefox Private Browsing" shortcut is NOT pinned to the taskbar if the "Pin Firefox to taskbar" button is clicked while the checkbox is unchecked.
• The "checkbox" argument is added to the telemetry ping from the "Browser Console" if the "Pin Firefox to taskbar" button is clicked while the checkbox is checked.

Verified using the latest Firefox Nightly (106.0a1 Build ID - 20220830092750) installed on Windows 10 x64.
