Oana, can you reproduce this bug in the current versions of Focus Release and Nightly?

Thanks for confirming. Like you, I can reproduce in Focus (Release 103 and Nightly 105, with or without ETP), but not in Fenix (Release 103 or Nightly 105).
I don't know what the difference is between Focus and Fenix. I thought this might be caused by TCP being enabled in Focus and not Fenix, but the page was still broken in Focus after changing the network.cookie.cookieBehavior pref from 5 (TCP enabled) to 4 (TCP disabled).
I'll share this bug in Android bug triage tomorrow.

Even though we could reproduce this bug after disabling ETP, Arturo still suspects this bug is related to Tracking Protection. Maybe there is a Focus bug related to how or when it disables ETP?
Arturo is landing some ETP fixes in GV this week or next. Let's retest in a week after his changes land.
Do we see any content getting blocked in the developer console log?

Arturo, did you ETP fixes landed already? Kevin says he can still reproduce this bug in today's Focus Nightly build.

Yes, it landed. This may require further investigation.

Iorga or Ionut, since this bug affects Focus but not Fenix, can one of you please investigate? If this bug looks like a problem in GeckoView or Gecko (such as ETP or TCP), feel free to send the bug back to me. I can then find a GeckoView engineer to continue the investigation.

I succeed to reproduce it also on Firefox Fenix Nightly 105 and GeckoView Example without doing something different, so I don't think is something specific to Focus

I tried again to reproduce it on Fenix and initially I didn't succeed(coolmod.com was displayed as expected), but after that I cleared the storage, cache to simulate a fresh install and coolmod.com was broken again

Interesting. Thanks for finding that. I'll add this to the GV team's P2 backlog.

Removing "Focus" from the bug summary since Ionut reproduced the bug in Fenix and GeckoView Example.

This seems to be fixed, similar to https://github.com/mozilla-mobile/focus-android/issues/7812. It would be good to see what change fixed this.

The bug was last reproduced in Focus 105. The page works for me in Focus 106+, so either the website changed or this bug was fixed in 106. Someone could use mozregression to bisect between 105 and 106 to find the fix commit. (I don't know how to use mozregression on Android.)
Since the site is working now, I'll close this bug.
