Creating new subfolder for "messages only" fails if first creating "folders only" then deleting it - because deleted the folder doesn't get removed from filesystem

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create new subfolder of type "folders only"
  2. Delete subfolder that was just created
  3. Try to create new subfolder of type "messages only"

Actual results:

Folder appears to be created, but does not display in the folder list. It also does not appear in the ~/.subscriptions file.

Expected results:

Create new subfolder of type "messages only" and display in folder list.

This is version 91.11.0 (64-bit) on Fedora 35

I meant to mention that this is related to the original "folders only" subfolder not being deleted from the filesystem during the Thunderbird delete process, which prevents the creation of the "messages only" subfolder mbox.
