Details

I use an IBM laptop with the eraser point mouse. The problem I have is I cannot scroll left or right on any Mozilla screen with the cursor in the window using the eraser point mouse. Up and down scrolling works fine. I am currently using build ID:2002101612, win98se. This is the only application that horizontal scrolling fails on.
you should try to update your mouse drivers and see also the comments in bug 20618 *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 20618 ***
