WebXR raw camera: add WPTs for XRCamera object

Add web platform tests for XRCamera object. Note that this does not
mock the actual camera image (and thus does not test opaque textures).

Requires changes to WebXR Test API. A new property will be added to
FakeXRViewInit - an optional cameraResolution property of type
FakeXRDeviceResolution. Currently, there is an artificial limitation
introduced to ensure that if cameraResolution is present on a view,
it must be present on all of them (this is due to supporting only a
single camera for now).
