Details
The proxy setting revert to no proxy option when restarting machine. We use a
proxy server to access the internet and i have to reset the proxy settings to
manual and set my http server each time i restart.

(missing build ID, Manual Proxy or PAC, do you use NS with the same profile...)
Before you reopen this bug you should run "mozilla -profilemanager" (while
mozilla is closed) and create an ADDITIONAL test profile.
