I have made the template changes. You'll receive an email from SF to verify the 'From' email configuration changes. I'll do a round of testing after you have verified. Thanks.

I did not receive the email to verify the 'From' email configuration changes, because donotreply@ccadb.org goes to devnull.
I'll update the request above to have the From address be support@ccadb.org. Then we won't need to put the address in the email text.

It's fine to keep the existing 'From' address support@ccadb.org. Thanks for letting me know. No further action is needed for this.
