177980 - Navagator will reduces to very small size and will not reopen

Mac OS X 10.2 - Ocassionally the navagator windows are minimized the widow
reduces to  the size of  and exclamation point ! on the screen.  It can be
dragged into the doc where it remains closed keeping the same appearance.  The
window can not be repened but other windows such a help etc. open and close
normally.  The problem seems to occure on with the Navagator window.  

None of the standard OS X or Mozilla windows comman will reopen the window.

The only way I can fix the problem is to completely unistall Mozilla and
reinstall it. 

The same problem occured with Netscapet 7.0 as well.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Run Mozill
2.Try minimizing, closing  or resizing the window. Using the windows buttoon on
the screeen


Actual Results:  
Window reduced the size as noted above and cannot be reopened.

Expected Results:  
Minimized the window in the dock or closed it completely or rezized it.

Using a standard Mozilla installation.

If you do a reinstall with completely removing all the Mozilla software the
windows still remain in the exclamation point like state.

delete/rename the file "localstore.rdf" (in your profile) while mozilla is NOT
running
