We have a new HP-UX system in our lab, and it was upgraded to HP-UXB11.22 recently.

Need this file to run nightly QA.

Copied over patch for this bug from Bug 169294 where it may not have been seen
by NSS folks.

Just a note though: I can check this file in mozilla/security/coreconf, but
Anthony is not currently building on HP-UX11.22, nor am I aware of any plans to
build on HP-UX11.22. However, we *do* have an HP-UX11.22 system in the lab, and
this bug does not require work other than to check in the patch provided by
Martin Lawyer.
