+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #1628329 +++

Since we are using Socorro again, we should change the URL back to the default.

I don't see any reason to undo the mozilla-central patch that makes the URL configurable, since it's possible it may be needed again in the future.

I think we can just remove this line in mail/moz.configure and then the default('crash-reports.mozilla.com') will take over once again?

When this is done, please uplift it to 91 as well. That way I can turn off the crash diverter server immediately rather than waiting for 91 EOL.
