After running the bootstrap on openSUSE Tumbleweed, this error occurs while building:
./mach build
...
0:09.27 checking for tar... /usr/bin/tar
0:09.27 checking for unzip... not found
0:09.27 DEBUG: unzip: Looking for unzip
0:09.27 ERROR: Cannot find unzip
*** Fix above errors and then restart with "./mach build"

So the bootstrap should probably also install "unzip".
