Summary says it all. It's very slow to select large chunks of long emails one
line at a time with shift up/down keys. Shift PageUp/PageDown would be a lot faster.


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Reply to message.
2.Hold shift key down.
3.Hit a PgUp or PgDn key.

Actual Results:  
Nothing happens.

Expected Results:  
Should extend the selection to include the next "page".

This has been fixed for months (but not in 1.1, as you noticed)
