Steps to reproduce:
I have many tabs open traditionally
Actual results:
When many tabs are open (horizontal scroll arrows appear) the tab's close icon isnot displayed any more
Expected results:
Enhancement request: When hovering with the mouse over the tab's title, temporarily expand the title to show the close icon, again.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Firefox::Tabbed Browser' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.

I managed to reproduce this situation on Ubuntu 22.04 using latest Nightly (106.0a1), I am setting the severity so our dev team can look it up.
