The following failure happened on 2022-07-19 and 2022-07-21, but not 2022-07-20 which seemed to complete acceptably. This suggests there's some kind of race or something like that. A search on https://bugs.webkit.org/buglist.cgi?quicksearch=WebKit2-4.0.gir including adding RESOLVED showed nothing useful (and although there was a recent comment on a bug, it was on an old bug and didn't seem to imply this was a new regression we'd be seeing.)
I'm filing this as a tracker that I can reply to the error emails with; given that the build can complete successfully at least some of the time, that's good enough. (And honestly I've been surprised with how often wubkat doesn't fail to build!) That said, it may be appropriate to make the wubkat builds self-terminate on error instead of stopping, as stopped builds can stack up. This problem could also serve as an interesting basis to enhance the repo listing to contain automatically derived links to bugzilla bugs indicating problems with an indexer/tree.
