Once Nimbus supports pref experiments, we are going to want extensive tests to ensure that a pref rollout disabling schema validation for Nimbus via a Nimbus experiment works.

This is no longer the preferred method of disabling validation. There exists per-experiment validation support and that has extensive tests.
