Steps to reproduce:

Expanding XHR request in console and opening any of the tabs (data / headers / etc).

Actual results:

Nothing was present in tabs

Expected results:

Data should be in tabs

NOTE: doing right-click open in network, the data shows there

Probably needs a few more backports for devtools.

Should be fixed in the next 2.53.14b1 pre and up (08/06). https://www.wg9s.com/comm-253/

Just got 2.53.14 ... GET requests seem fine, but there is still an error with POST requests.. in the params tab they don't show posted data (in newtork tab they do)
