from sfraser: mousewheel scrolling in inbox slow on macho build on os X "i'm running the macho build on os X; looks OK so far apart from mousewheel scrolling in my inbox being very slow" he tells me the mouse wheeling is fast in other places.
sfraser, can you add details, like is this an imap inbox, which columns are showing, and how many messages do you have in it?
This was my imap inbox, in a Macho build. The issue is sporadic; it seemed to be much worse soon after I opened the inbox (but I don't think mail was actively moving things between folder st the time).

I don't normally use a mouse on my MacBook but I attached an inexpensive Logitech mouse I had and tried it with SM2 after briefly fiddling with it under SM 1.1.9. Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X 10.5; en-US; rv:1.9pre) Gecko/2008060701 SeaMonkey/2.0a1pre I didn't have a good way to quickly fill up an inbox (I think I do now), so I just went to a busy newsgroup and pulled down 4300+ headers. I tested it using the scroll wheel, as well as the up/down scroll buttons and dragging the scroll bar. All seemed to do just fine. I saw no slowness or lag. I'll keep an eye out for this though as I go forward. I do have reason to test a TB trunk build for a SM bug I'm seeing, so I'll comment back here when I do.
let's close WFM per comment 4. please adjust if you disagree.
