sidebar color does not match the color theme

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Firefox::Theme' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.

I was able to reproduce the issue on Win10 using Firefox 102.0.1(20220705093820). Indeed the color of the side bar is a little lighter than the dark theme. I will set a priority for the development team to confirm whether this is expected or not. Thank you.
