1781073 - Colorway Closet: Wasted space on the bottom of the modal

macOS

STR:
1.) Enable browser.theme.colorway-closet
2.) Go to about:addons
3.) Open the Colorway Closet modal
4.) Maximize the window

Actual: Huge blank area at the bottom

Expected: Not a huge blank area.

I noticed, the the modal is much smaller in its height when the window is narrower.

Maybe a bug? But please feel free to close if this is intentional.
