Details

Pending definition from product, we'll add targeting to Experimenter for various combinations of pin/default status and number of trackers blocked.

For example, "Pinned with 100+ trackers blocked" and "Set to Default with 500+ trackers blocked".

Note that blockedCountByType (here) only looks at the last 42 days, while totalBlockedCount looks at all time.

Final parameters should be available early this week.
