There are a couple of improvements we can make building off of the recent redesign in Bug 1777601 for the "Connect to a new device" popup in about:preferences#sync

  1. When the dialog closes, we should remove the query param of the QR dialog when the dialog is closed so refreshes/restores don't reopen it unintentionally (Bug 1764763)

  2. When clicking on the "Connect to a new device" via about:preferences#sync menu, when going to the FxA page, we should have it return to the same page instead of making a new one
