The code in BrowserParent::RecvIsWindowSupportingProtectedMedia
simply crashes when called on operating systems other than Windows. For IPC fuzzing, we should instead handle this gracefully as the crash is triggered very frequently.
(Marked s-s until we unhide all the other IPC fuzzing bugs).
