Scope of this bug is to update MR onboarding split template to use final radial background in light and dark themes.

Finalized radient should be UI reviewed, possible values suggested:

Radial gradient with white background

Radial gradient and background images can change for respective screens in onboarding flow. Closing the bug as duplicate of bug 1782307 which addresses configuring radial gradient and background image using background property of respective screen
