Status field should show up in View screen

prime/testzilla

1)  Main testzilla page
2)  View a testcase
3)  Notice that the status field is not shown  (Status field: New, Active,
Inactive)

It would be good to show the status field when viewing a testcase.
Status: NEW → ASSIGNED
sounds good..
there's probably more that still needs to be viewable there.

Done.  Added Testcase Author/Owner/Assigned while I was at it.
