1)  What exact build of Mozilla you are using
2)  How you installed it
3)  Whether you installed over another build
4)  Whether the error is reproducible or not.

Clean install.
Error happens every time I close all the Navigator windows

Brian, can you reproduce this with a new build of Mozilla?

I dunno why, but the problem has stopped. I have not got this error now for
about 2 weeks.... It used to happen, only when I had multiple windows open. Now
I use Tabs and haven't got the error. I will attempt an upgrade and let you know.
