STR:

  1. Open a PDF file or a webpage with more than 4 pages, for example https://www.lemonde.fr/les-decodeurs/article/2022/07/28/faluche-schmutz-s-entrucher-les-mots-des-regions-des-coquetteries-tres-attendues_6136410_4355770.html.
  2. Press ctrl-p to trigger the printing dialog.
  3. Select Pages per sheet: 2 (in the More settings section)
  4. Click Print using the system dialog
  5. In the system dialog, again choose Pages per sheet: 2
  6. then print from this dialog.

=> The result is that I get 4 pages per sheet instead of 2 like I thought would happen.

I am on Linux (Debian stable with Gnome). Nightly 105, build id 20220726094428

OS: Unspecified → Linux

Calixte said that it doesn't seem to reproduce on Windows, which points to a Linux-only issue, but it would be nice to double-check on Mac.

Component: Printing: Output → Printing: Setup
