Using 11/2 nightly under Win ME:

If I use ctrl-enter to add www and com to a website, the www and com are not
remembered in the dropdown list under the address bar.

Example:

I type "wfan" in the address bar, and press ctl-enter to go to www.wfan.com . I
exit Phoenix. I reopen Phoenix, and click the dropdown arrow next to the address
bar. I am offered "http://wfan" and not "http://www.wfan.com".
