Steps to reproduce:
Trying to sign my e-mail when sending. As I noticed that's no longer possible, I noticed the settings as described in the documentation (https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/openpgp-thunderbird-howto-and-faq#w_does-thunderbird-support-openpgp) are gone
Actual results:
PGP is gone
Expected results:
My mails should have been signed/encrypted by Thunderbird :)

Reading an encrypted mail does work though. Just tested that by adding my PGP key to my profile.

Signing is still available, either as per-default per identity, or by per message (now under the Security menu, or by adding toolbar button)

Ah, I now found it. It's under the identities of an account. I couldn't sign because I didn't have a key assigned to that account yet.
Sorry for the confusion :( and thanks :)
