The Airflow task mad_server.mad_server_pull failed on 2021-07-31

Looks like the request it makes to the AMO API timed out. I tested the API just now and it seems to be working - I'll try rerunning the job. If this becomes a recurrent issue we can try reducing the page size API param.

The rerun succeeded. Closing this, as I'm guessing this was a one-off, but we'll keep an eye on it.
