1782870 - "Loading Message" progress indicator does not work for big encrypted message

Steps to reproduce:

• In the inbox folder, click on an encrypted and signed described in bug 1782775
• Watch the "Loading Message..." progress bar at the right side of the bottom line.

Actual results:

There is a blue line showing how much is the progress. After 3(three) seconds, the progress is shown as roughly 75%, and then the blue line disappears, while the progress bar is still there (meaning jumps to back to 0%, see attached screenshot).
On the left side still stands "Loading Message..." and after 25 more seconds waiting time and progress saying 0%, the blue line suddenly very fast (<2 s) goes from 0% to 100% and finally the "Loading message..." message and the progress bar disappear and the message is finally displayed.

Expected results:

For the whole 26 seconds of loading the message, the progress should smoothly and constantly go up to 100% and when reaching 100% the "Message Loading" message including it's progress bar should disappear and the message should be displayed.
