The existing fuzzy parameters just need to be increased to allow for
more channel difference.

I can barely tell the color difference when looking at the diffs. The
color difference isn't the point of the test anyway.

results.html says the channel difference is 27. I put 30 just to allow
for some small future graphics changes.
